Mortgage Law Though I sometimes think of it as part of 'Real Estate' practice its really something different. These kind of cases involve Foreclosure, Deed of Trust/Mortgage Disputes, Interpleader, Mortgage Broker/ Banker Liability, Repurchase Agreements, and pretty much anything dealing with Debt secured by Real Estate. I can prevent wrongful foreclosure based on fraudulently obtained loans, and obtain Court Ordered Cancellation of the Promissory Notes and Deeds of Trust evidencing the Fraudulent Loans. Most of my clients are from Riverside and Moreno Valley, or have problems focused in Riverside and Moreno Valley. However I handle Mortgage Matters throughout the Inland Empire.

Business & Commercial Law I handle both litgation and transactional work. On the litigation side, I handle cases involving Breach of Contract, Collections, Subrogation, Partnership Disputes, Alter Ego Litigation (Piercing the Corporate Veil), Unfair Business Practices, Interference Contract, Employment/Independent Contractor Disputes, Equipment Lease Disputes, and Officer Guarantor Clauses. This includes Mediations and Arbitrations of Contracts or disputes. On the Transaction side, I draft all types of agreements including Basic Contracts, Co-ownership/Co-Venturer Partnerships, Preliminary Business Proposals, Pre-Incorporation Agreements and Disclosues, Promissory Notes and Security/Collateral Agreements. Bankruptcy When I say I deal with Bankruptcy I refer to the general practice of Bankruptcy Law. I file petitions under Chapter 7 (Liquidation) and Chapter 13 (Reorganization) for Consumers & Small Businesses. For Chapter 11 Petitions(larger business reorganizations) I associate with expert co-counsel to provide the additional staff and expertise to obtain the results you want. In addition to petitions work, I also handle all trial & litigation matters arising within the Bankruptcy Court Context including Adversary Complaints for Fraud, Non-Discharge of Debt, Interspousal Debt, Fraudulent Conveyance, Motions for Relief From Stay, & Objections to Plan. I've represented debtors, creditors, and third parties in these types of matters. Family Law I handle contested and uncontested divorces, with a focus on disputes regarding characterization of separate vrs. community property and valuation issues. I can can help you resolve such difficult issues as Property Division, Valuation of Assets, Debt Division, Custody and Visitation of Children, Child and Spousal Support, changing Wills and Trusts, Modification of Visitation Orders and Child and Spousal Support Orders. LandLord-Tenant: Foreclosure & Rent Skimming
